At B1 you read real apartment ads and leases, so the money words have to sit. Learn them with article and plural:

• die Nebenkosten (Pl.) — utilities and building costs
• die Kaution, -en — security deposit
• die Hausverwaltung, -en — property management
• die Besichtigung, -en — viewing

Trap: die Nebenkosten is used in the plural: Die Nebenkosten sind hoch.
