seit(dem), bis, sobald
Three connectors for when something starts or stops:
- seit / seitdem (since): Seitdem ich in Wien wohne, fahre ich Rad.
- bis (until): Ich bleibe bei meinen Eltern, bis ich eine Wohnung finde.
- sobald (as soon as): Sobald ich meinen Abschluss habe, ziehe ich um.
Like als and wenn, all three send the verb to the end.

Tip
When the situation is still going on, seit(dem) usually takes the present, just like seit + time: Ich wohne seit 2020 hier.
