Die Hausordnung: Passiv Präsens

A Hausordnung says what happens, not who does it. That’s the Passiv:
- Der Müll wird dienstags abgeholt. — The trash is picked up on Tuesdays.
- Die Haustür wird um 22 Uhr abgeschlossen. — The front door is locked at 10 p.m.
- Im Hof wird nicht gegrillt. — No grilling in the courtyard.
Form: werden (conjugated, in position 2) + Partizip II (at the end).
